Habits that are formed in early stages of life will last with the child throughout his life.So this is very important to get aware of healthy hygiene habits that will help to stay healthy and happy. Below are the some sets of practices or some hygiene tips that need to be followed daily or weekly basis to remain fit and fine.

  • Hydrate yourself.
  • Adhere to good eating habits.
  • Brushing ,flossing and cleaning tongue.
  • Shower daily and moisturize
  • Wear clean clothes
  • Wash your hands at regular intervals
  • Clip your nails every week.
  • Discard old razors
  • Clean your privates

HYDRATE YOURSELF :

Water is a non caloric component which plumps your skin and hydrate your muscles.On an average we should drink 8 to 9 glasses (2 litres) of water in a day to stay healthy and fit.

ADHERE TO GOOD EATING HABITS :
Good eating habits includes eating good things which gives you nutrition and energy leads to make you strong and healthy.You can make a set of rules and adhere to it to make a balanced diet.Go for foods rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins and carbohydrates like green leafy vegetables,fruits,non veg,etc.

BRUSHING,FLOSSING AND CLEANING TONGUE :

Today everybody know importance to mIntain dental strong.we should brush our teeth twice a day to avoid dental issues like cavities,plague etc and including this we should do flossing once a day.Cleaning our tongue plays an important role to maintain our dental health strong as it remain helpful to avoid issues like bad breathe ,swollen gums etc.

SHOWER DAILY AND MOISTURIZE :

Shower at least once a day.But we will recommend you to take one more shower before going to bed as it will help you to get good sleep.some important things we should not forget during shower - do not use harsh soaps on your body or skin as it can lead to dryness and flakiness.Try to wash your hairs very alternate day.Avoid loofahs and tough cloth to clean your skin ,your hands are enough for cleaning your skin.Use sulphate free & foam free shampoos.once you done with bathing finally moisturize your skin either with oil or cream.

WEAR CLEAN CLOTHES :
Try to wear clean clothes .Change clothes after gyming,or if you are sweating a lot and last but not the least before going to bed.Try to wear cotton underpants as they remain comfortable and relaxing.

WASH YOUR HANDS :

Maintain one rule that we have to wash our hands before and after visiting toilet ,before and after your meals , after touching to your garbage bins because during daytime's we  come in touch with many messy , dirty things which contains germs through which we may can come into infection.

CLIP YOUR NAILS :

Try to clip your once in a week and maintain them clean as possible as you can.Usually small nails are more prone to catch dirt,so try not to cut close to your skin which may lead to infections.Try to avoid jagged nails.


DISCARD OLD RAZORS :
Try to use new razors when your old razor starts tugging and not moving smooth your skin as sometimes we may get razor burn which may call many skin infections.So be careful while using old and new razors.

CLEAN YOUR PRIVATES :
As we all know women's need to clean their privates during their period times or even normal vaginal discharge.Try to change pads or tampons on heavy period discharge in order to remain away from bacteria build up.Dont use soaps or liquids in order to remain away from dry and friky skin.
