Adequate amount of water intake differs from person to person .But according to different sex,Male should drink 3.7 liters of water daily and women should drink 2.7 liters of water daily.Water makes up about 60%of body weight in males while 55% of body weight in women and 70% -80% of babies and 45% of elderly people.
