WHAT HAPPENS ACTUALLY WHEN YOU DO EXERCISE?

This exercise actually works on body energy centers which absorbs ,digest and distribute energy to different parts of body.the primary body  energy centers are mainly body acupressure points.
These acupressure points are helpful for whole body parts including brain,forehead,temples,eyes,mouth,ovaries etc which get highly affected by pressure from the exercise.This exercise is helpful in releasing trapped energy from lower body energy centers to upper energy centers through body parts which ultimately helpful to give you inner peace ,calm and make your left and right hemisphere of your brain synchronized.


PROCEDURE OF DOING THIS EXERCISE :


  1. Choose correct direction.
  2. Remove jewelry.
  3. stand straight.
  4. Place tongue on roof of your mouth.
  5. Hold your right earlobe with left hand.
  6. Hold your left earlobe with right hand.
  7. Inhale and exhale while bending your knees.
  8. Beginner can perform 10 to 14 sets and gradually increase it to 21 to 25 daily.
  9. perform super brain yoga regularly.

CHOOSE DIRECTION :

Its compulsory to select correct direction which influences energy and body concentration  .For this exercise you should face east and for elderly people should face north.

REMOVE JEWELRY :

This yoga is highly beneficial when there is no disturbing elements like jewelry as this exercise requires mental concentration and focus to your mind.So , Please remove any jewelry which can distract your mind.

STAND STRAIGHT :

Try to use correct posture of your body as correct posture makes your more effective in all manners.Stand straight with head and back upward slightly .

PLACE TONGUE ON ROOF OF MOUTH :

now we start with the basic procedure of this yoga where you have to keep your tongue behind your teeth,upward on the roof of mouth.The position is same like when you word "LA".Yes ! you are done with your first basic step.

HOLD YOUR RIGHT EARLOBE WITH LEFT HAND :

Now hold your right earlobe with left hand forefinger and thumb but the condition is thumb should be in front.

HOLD YOUR LEFT EARLOBE WITH RIGHT HAND :

Now hold your left earlobe with right hand forefinger and thumb but the condition is thumb should be in front.

INHALE AND EXHALE WHILE BENDING YOUR KNEES :

Perform squats in a way to bend your knees  towards the ground and inhale through nose while bending and exhale through mouth while coming back to straight position.

NUMBER OF SETS TO PERFORM :

As a beginner you should perform 14 sets daily and then you can increase it to 20 to 25 sets daily.remember to keep your back straight and tongue on the roof throughout the entire exercise.
