Meditation is a best practice in today's world.It is only practice which gives you an inner peace , relaxation to your stressful minds.In today's world ,Our stress and tiredness has make us frustrated,unhappy and impatient.This is only practice where you become thoughtless and relax your inner core.Regular practice may help you achieve happy and physical,mental,and last but not the least spiritual relaxation.

When our mind is peaceful we are free from worries and mental discomfort, and we experience true happiness.

PROCEDURE :
  1. Sit comfortably on cushion or chair.Your legs should be crossed in vajra posture and close your eyes.

  2. Your back should be straight which helps you develope and maintain a clear mind.
  3. Your right is placed in left hand,which helps to develope good concentration.
  4. Breathe naturally,make no effort to control your breathe.
  5.  your concentration should be in your breath and how your body work on each inhalation and exhalation.
  6. Inhale and exhale and letting it's rhythm normal.
  7. If your mind wanders ,control it and take it back to notice your breathe
  8. During EXALATION,imagine we are breathing away all disturbing thoughts and distractions in a form of black smoke that vanishes in space.
  9. During INHALATION , imagine you inhaling  blessings from almighty / god in a form of white light that enters into your body.
  10. Do until your mind becomes peaceful and alert.
  11. If we perform meditation in this way,we will be able to clean up negative thoughts temporarily.
  12. Now your mind is as clean as white cloth which you can colour up with new energy.
